FITNESS IN THE PARK
Tartesso Sports Park Every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 6:30pm to 7:30pm
All classes are free. This popular program is for ages 18+ and all experience levels are welcome. Classes are led by certified instructors that are fun and upbeat! Register online for each class you plan to attend.
Mondays: High/Yo Fitness It takes old-school aerobics to the next level with modern fitness techniques such as high intensity interval training, plyometrics, intervals of strength, cardio and more. Wednesdays: Commit Dance Fitness This is a fun-filled HIIT (high intensity interval training) influenced dance fitness workout. Each routine focuses on essential fitness elements created to a variety of popular music. Thursdays: Zumba This fusion of international music with dance themes creates a dynamic and exciting aerobic workout.
